1 standard Floorplanner: € 25.00 excl. VAT
You will receive the FML file, a link to the Floorplanner and images of all floor plans. Up to 5 floors, one fixed price per property. The basic Floorplanner has a color division per type of space: living area, circulation area, ‘wet area’, outdoor area and storage rooms. Around the floor plan, a maximum of 1 row of dimension lines will be placed on each side, depending on the number of supplied measurements. 3D is automatically included in the Floorplanner, but it does not always have to provide an accurate representation. You can place the order via this link and pay directly via iDEAL or PayPal.

Volume discount
When purchasing credit, you can receive a substantial discount on having Floorplanners made. Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a credit code with which you can order Floorplanners in combination with your email address. You will then not have to pay for each Floorplanner separately. Naturally, the more you order, the greater the discount. Furnishing option: +€7.50 excl. VAT
Furniture will be placed in all living areas. Floors in the Floorplanner will receive a texture instead of a color. If the location of the furniture is indicated in the supplied drawings, this will be copied. If no furniture is indicated on the supplied drawings, the drafter will create a layout. This option applies to all floors in the Floorplanner.

3D modelling option: +€7.50 excl. VAT
This option will mainly apply to properties where the split-level layout, floors with a pitched roof or specific window heights need to be visible in the 3D viewer. The 3D Floorplanner will be adjusted to create a roughly accurate representation and will be made to correspond with reality as much as possible, depending on the supplied drawings and the limitations of the Floorplanner software. Processing window divisions, including those in doors, is not included in the service. This option applies to all floors in the Floorplanner.

Plot option: +€5.00 excl. VAT
An additional floor plan will be created in the Floorplanner showing the entire plot. This site plan shows the size of the plot in proportion to the house. It also indicates where external storage rooms and carports are located. The drawing will be provided with a north arrow that roughly indicates north.

Custom color scheme: +€5.00 excl. VAT
For customers with credit or regular customers, the different room types in Floorplanner projects can automatically be displayed in custom colors. The color scheme is set up manually based on the colors supplied or a sample floor plan. This option can be enabled in the order overview.

Measurement report according to BBMI option: +€20.00 excl. VAT
You can also request a measurement report with the floor plans of a property. For the surface area calculation, the Dutch BBMI measurement method is used, which is based on the NEN 2580 calculation. The calculation in the measurement report is made on the basis of the submitted drawings and the created Floorplanner. These are not checked for a true-to-life representation. Although the measurement report is prepared with the utmost care, no rights can be derived from the usable floor areas and floor plans.

Additional costs for commercial real estate
For commercial real estate larger than a standard property, approximately 200 m2, additional costs will be charged. If the order has already been paid in advance, the additional costs will be invoiced afterwards, once the square meters have been calculated.
